For emails to the strata council, please email harveststratacouncil@gmail.com.   Most communication should come through Leah where possible unless it is regarding service issues.  Please note that there may be a delay for a response from the strata council  as it is run by volunteers.  Non emergency requests/complaints will be brought up at next strata council meeting.  In the event of an urgent request, the strata council is able to make a decision unless a owner wide vote is required.
