Parking passes are now required for all vehicles parked in visitors parking.
Reporting vehicles suspected in violation: Â

1) Harvest at Bose Farm
2) Car + Make/Model/License Plate
3) Unit number on tag/No tag on vehicle
Continued breech of bylaws will result in fines and/or towing on repeat offenders.
Parking (Bylaws)
(1) Except for the purposes of loading and unloading or washing, no person shall park a vehicle on the common property (including roadways and fire lanes) other than in a designated parking space or on a driveway apron (provided the vehicle does not extend into a roadway).
(2) Persons driving vehicles must not exceed the posted speed limit of 15 km/hr.
(3) No repairs to motor vehicles may be made on the common or limited common property except in an emergency.
(4) Motor vehicles dripping oil, gasoline or any other fluid may, at the discretion of the council, be prohibited from entering upon the common property until repaired. Owners of motor vehicles leaving or dripping fluids onto the common or limited common property shall promptly clean up the same.
(5) Except in the case of moving trucks, deliveries and recreational vehicles, vehicles exceeding 4000 kg GVW, shall not be brought onto the common property.
(6) Recreational vehicles, trailers and boats must not be parked or stored on the common or limited common property.
(7) Visitors using the visitor parking area may only do so for a maximum of 48 hours in any 7 day period without written permission of the council;
(8) Owners, tenants and occupants must not park their vehicle in parking space
(9) Any vehicle found to be in violation of any provision of this bylaw or of a rule pertaining to parking of vehicles may, at the discretion of the council, be towed at the expense of the owner of the vehicle.
There may be exceptions (ie power outages, repairs, etc) that may require permission from the council for prolonged parking by a resident so please email the council at: Lbooth@davinltd.com
